I was referred to MySMN by a friend of mine who had great success using them for social media marketing and a mobile app solution. As a small business owner of Henderson Pest Control, in Henderson, NV., My Social Marketing Network as been a tremendous help with assisting with all of my social media marketing. They started first with a conversation (at no cost) to find out more about me, my business, and the goals I've set for myself to run a successful business. Not being in the same State that My SMN operates from, I had reservations that were quickly dismissed as the avenues and expertise they provided was spot on, and exactly what my company needed. From them building me a website, to educating me, to performing monthly tasks for my company, this has ultimately allowed my business to successfully grow from the social platform in which they are experts in. I am truly thankful! The return on investment that they have provided because of their affordable rates is a no "brainer" when it comes to marketing dollars being spent. I've never paid someone to build a website before and had no idea of the costs involved. I read the reviews for this company and called in. I spoke to someone and liked him immediately. We met in person twice. He was excited about my project, easy to talk to, and very likable. He also knew I had a ridiculously small budget. My job was then handed over to Marcio. My review for Marcio is 5 stars. He was easy to work with. He didn't get frustrated when I changed my mind. He collaborated well with me and did everything I asked with no hesitation. He gave me his honest and professional opinion when I asked for it, even if it differed from my own. And my website is fantastic. The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars for MySMN as a whole is because the person I started with kind of dropped out of the picture completely. I had asked him to change my payment method with the accounting department and that never got handled. I sent him several other questions that were never answered. I finally realized that MySMN was just a middle man on my job. I know my job was low budget and that he probably got busy with larger jobs However, I wish he'd just said, Hey your job is kind of small but I know a guy". If you're on a small budget, I suggest you look for a web developer to hire directly. If you need a creative team of people and have the budget, you'll be extremely happy with MySMN.

The My SMN team is absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough about them. They are so professional and really have their client's interests, needs and wants at heart. Their customer service is some of the best. Not only that, but Patrick was very transparent, which is always refreshing in the business world. The MySMN team is great. I work with a youth entrepreneurship program and was seeking a marketing expert to help our students learn about social media marketing and branding.
