Not only do I get to work with this amazing technician, I also get to see him from the customers perspective, always the consummate professional Kenny was a pleasure to have at my hone, he installed a Halo whole house water conditioner for my home, his work was incredibly clean. My plumber was fantastic. Not only was the customer service in booking the appointment fast and easy, they were super accommodating and work with our schedule. The appraisal-man Beecher, was great. Walked us through the repairs needed and let us know what needed to be done and talked with our landlord to ensure they were ok with the repairs. They were able to get someone out quickly and same day! Xavier and Nolan were fantastic. They did their best to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. They were very curious and kept us informed of the progress. We are very happy with their service.
