The facility is semi-outdated and could use some fresh exercise equipment. This facility has a really amazing pool area, with both indoor and outdoor facilities and a hot tub/spa. Locker rooms are spacious and have individual showers, which is nice.
This is truly a state-of-the-art gym! It is always exceptionally clean, neat, and well-equipped. I really appreciate how much they care about sustainability, the parking lot is covered with solar panels, and inside they provide reusable microfiber towels instead of disposable ones.
What really sets this facility apart is the amazing culture. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, and that positive vibe is fostered by the whole team. Calista and everyone at the reception desk were extremely helpful, patient, and walked me through all my options. The trainers are also top-notch and attentive, Cameron was fantastic and helped me out during my workout.

Good facilities but not the friendliest - fun pickleball group but staff often cuts hours for other things - love the egym however there is a sign in the room saying that staff gets to pick the music for their well being so bring headsets if you don’t like things like rap
