Well I just had an amazing experience with Mission Pest Control, I've been a customer for 4 years. They do a really good and thorough job, they message me the week of service and then the day before service, so I can prepare for when they come, really love that about them with their communication, but the reason for this review is, my monthly expenses were getting a little tight, so customer service sent me over to the account manager, who was extremely nice, and really wanted to help me out with my situation, after a little back and forth, they were able to find ways to get me a discount, without lowering their service standards, and also found alternative payment... read full review

Dustin came out and performed a detailed inspection. He checked the garage, attic and the entire perimeter of the house for gaps where rodents can get through. Then he summarily provided photos of the problem areas along with a quote for repairs. Dustin was very helpful in answering questions and helping set expectations.

Jordan Story knocked and introduced himself and the purpose for his visit, which was our routine maintenance of spraying, de-webbing and inspection. He conducted himself professionally and efficiently.
