I had three consultations with him before finalizing a plan that aligned with both my goals and budget. Each time, he was patient, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. He truly listened and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this practice. From my very first consultation through my final follow-up, I felt genuinely cared for, heard, and supported every step of the way.

My breast lift and augmentation results are absolutely amazing—natural, beautifully balanced, and beyond what I hoped for. The surgeon’s skill, attention to detail, and professionalism truly show in the outcome. Dr. Rossi isn’t lying when he says he’s an artist, and truly the best surgeon in San Diego. I’ve done so much research and i was intrigued bc Dr Rossi is a doctor’s doctor! i chose him bc my lip lift was not a simple one to do bc I had silicone botch job and I needed a highly skilled surgeon… the office was clean and his staff was very welcoming and friendly. At the consultation, I immediately felt I was in great hands, he was brilliant, kind and kinda type A perfectionist and I signed on asap. I was thrilled the day if my surgery and I was so grateful he can do this with just local anesthesia. I just relaxed into it with meditation and he did an amazing job.
