Having never lost a parent before this was uncharted waters for my sister and I. They made it very easy and were kind and courteous, and helped us through the process on a very difficult day.
We worked with Christian Felix to finalize procedures for my stepfather. Christian was professional and friendly to my whole family. His attentive but relaxed approach took the anxiety out of the proceedings, and helped us all feel better about the plans we had to make.
We have used Merkley-Mitchell for all our family services. The staff is attentive, professional, personable, and very helpful. Unique is a wonderful director and Sheila did a great job at the service. I would highly recommend them for comprehensive and caring funeral services.
