We have used Merkley-Mitchell for all our family services. The staff is attentive, professional, personable, and very helpful. Unique is a wonderful director and Sheila did a great job at the service. I would highly recommend them for comprehensive and caring funeral services.
We couldn't have asked for better care or service while we carried out our mother's wishes for her funeral. Unique Equihua, the Mission Valley office manager, proved to be incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding throughout the days that we worked with her. Her attention to detail was unbelievable, and so appreciated. Everything she did for us was done with a a most amazing attitude. We're so grateful she was there to help us during a very difficult time.
Our point of contact at Merkley-Mitchell was Unique, who was seemingly born for this industry. She was fantastic. She had all the answers and a great disposition. Whoever hired her did a big favor for the company, and I would not hesitate to refer Merkley-Mitchell to anyone I know.
