I have chronic shoulder issues and came for a massage with Elena today. She took care of a massive knot I've been struggling with for about a month. She used the perfect pressure and was responsive to everything I needed. Highly recommend, just be sure to look for street parking, the lot is all 30 min spots.
Mellow Massage is perfectly named. The atmosphere is increasing and welcoming. Hard to explain but it feels like you are entering your own sacred space when you walk into their world.
Elena was my therapist - I have had many over the past 35 years - she is among the very best. She expertly did a restorative massage. Her touch was very healing, deep as I like it, confident - she found blocks I hadn’t realized were there and patiently massage them away. There were multiple applications of hot, moist towels… it was very, very good.
I am a visitor from out of state; if/when I return to San Diego, I will return to Mellow Massage.
My massage was absolutely amazing! Dorothy does amazing and this was my second massage with her. I got the hot stone massage again and she always makes sure the temperature is good and that I'm comfortable. I will be back forsure as the aesthetic is amazing always and it's a huge stress reliever! I came in super tense & anxious, but I left completely relaxed & stress-free.
