This was my first time visiting the salon, and I had such a great experience thanks to the staff! Jess was absolutely wonderful—so kind, professional, and helpful. Even while juggling a busy salon and some unexpected tech hiccups, she stayed calm, efficient, and incredibly attentive. She made the whole experience smooth and welcoming—I really appreciated her positive attitude and care. Highly recommend!
