When I walked into this salon not sure what to expect I was greeted by a salon tech named TAYLOR. She was so friendly and accommodating.I did not feel that vibe like most salons that pushy trying to sell you the moon vibe. She was extremely knowledgeable with all of the products as well as tanning techniques that would fit my skin tones etc…It actually felt like we were family. I've been going to ITan for atleast 5 years but never went to this location, Hannah immediately asked me if I wanted a tour after asking if I had been to this location and I accepted! She was super sweet and showed me all the beds and amenities they had and even convinced me to purchase a spa promo they had for members right now when I told her I wanted to try the red light therapy machine. I will definitely be coming back kudos to Hannah and also Jessica! Thanks girlies

I have been using the ITans in East County ( as that's where I live) But recently started working near the ITan Hillcrest location. I cannot say enough amazing things about this salon. It's always so clean and most importantly the employees are beyond helpful and friendly, especially Anita. She is a literal ray of sunshine. Her helpfulness and great vibes will 100% make me a returning client!
