I'm shocked to see these negative reviews. We have had the most amazing experience with Mebe. I have personally recommended them to so many different people. I was referred to them by a former employee who told me that they were the best company she has ever worked for. That was important to me because I didn't want someone who was unhappy at work to be taking care of my son. When my son first got diagnosed with Autism my insurance was trying to get me into Mebe but we got no response. I later found out my insurance company didn't have the correct contact information for Mebe. I reached out to Mebe frustrated about the situation and the owner called me immediately and got us taken care of. Yes, we have had several behavior technicians over that last 2 years but its because our Bt's have completed school and gotten promotions or moved into a different career that they went to school for. Being a BT is an entry level position in this field. No one stays in an entry level position forever! I feel the negative reviews talking about numerous behavioral therapists is totally unfair and they are totally ignorant as to how their profession works. Mebe has totally changed my son's life and mine. In addition to my son's therapy they have done parent training sessions which have been extremely helpful for me to learn what my child needs from me and how I can best support him. We have had an amazing experience with and we highly recommend them.
MeBe is the best center in San diego CA for ABA, the team are so professional and cooperative. I’m so happy to see my autistic child 5 years old getting his therapy there. Thank you ?
Pro: Grandson has made great progress here. Staff is very adaptive to needs and proactive.Con: Inconsistent scheduling. Staff call out and rotate out often. Hard to plan weekly schedule. Despite this, progress has still been made but inconsistent for a kid on the spectrum.Still recommend but will require flexibility in family scheduling.
