Great shop and great value. I recently moved to the area and was having a hard time finding the right barber, but this shop has plenty of talent. Elsi did a great job texturing and refining my hairstyle.
Matte Blvck is hands down one of the coolest barbershops I’ve been to in a while. The whole place has that clean urban vibe without trying too hard. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, chill, and full of good energy. good people, and an overall vibe that makes you actually enjoy being there instead of feeling rushed in and out like a regular shop.

Dom’s the kind of barber you stick with. I followed him over to Matte Blvk ever since he moved there. It’s a great shop with a really good vibe and nice people and a great set up all around.
Dom is easy to talk to, but what I respect most is how serious he is about the craft. He’s always paying attention to the details, trying new techniques, dialing things in. You can tell he actually cares about getting better, not just getting you in and out of the chair.
Consistent, professional, and takes pride in his work. That’s really what you want.
