My esthetician was incredible she was calm, poise and bubbly. She knew tons of information about skin which I never knew! The masseuse was knowledgeable and had excellent pressure, however spoke a ton during the session, lacked time management to begin the massage, she rushed me out after the massage to get her next client. I had some credits transferred to me as a gift and when I booked to this location, mind you, I chose Mission Valley over La Jolla because the parking is terrible and you are more likely to get a parking ticket. I've been a client for years. Even when I don't use services. I called the hazard center location (because that's where I have my contract) to put a freeze on my account. The employee did not document who assisted me over the phone a d did not update my account. And failed to send me required documents to put that freeze into effect which resulted again in an unexpected charge. When I call all I'm told is ill send it now for further payment deferment but pretty much I'm screwed from the previous transaction because they have no account on who helped me or record. I have been to several massage ends and this one was one of the best! Very professional and friendly staff. My massage was just as good a s a 200 spa massage. Highly recommend this location!
