I am a member here and really appreciate the services. I never have an issue getting an appointment with my favorite therapists. I never have to wait for my appointment to start and the therapists are considerate. The only reason I give four stars is because the parking is awful despite it being a large shopping center and sometimes the therapist doesn't completely listen to what I am asking for. Overall, I highly recommend this Massage Envy.

Good masseuses work here. Please be informed that if you paid your membership at another location, this location will charge you a $15 up-charge for each appointment. They will let you know on your way out. There is no sign letting you know on your way in. I asked if it was written anywhere, and the staff at the desk handed me the framed notice below from behind the desk, where it was not visible to customers.

I had a great experience here. I used to go to the Massage Envy in Mission Valley of Hazard but this place is now closer to home. I don't know her name but the cashier/greeter/hostess was super nice and efficient. I had a gift card from my spouse from last Christmas that I'm just using now. I booked online and the hostess knew who I was and referred to me by name. I WAS IMPRESSED. She got me all checked in and I waited in the waiting room for Matthew. He called me and brought me to a room for my massage. Matthew was pleasant and his expertise is amazing. I was a huge fan of the location in Mission Valley, however, this location definitely holds up to the great standards...read full review
