This was a great place to have a massage. Convenient location and the people are very friendly and helpful in regard to membership plans. Front desk was very helpful with a great massage therapist Erwin. Highly recommend coming out here in you are in the Mira mesa area.

I had a great experience at Massage Envy in Mira Mesa. Amanda did an excellent job on my massage—she was attentive, professional, and really focused on the areas I mentioned, helping me feel noticeably less tense by the end of the session. The environment was clean, relaxing, and very comfortable. Kelly at the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the whole check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care and great service!

I've had several massages at Massage Envy in Mira Mesa, and every therapist I've seen has been excellent. They are professional, skilled, and caring. Most recently, I had a session with Teresa, and she was absolutely amazing! She really listened to what I needed and made sure I left feeling completely relaxed. The whole environment is clean, welcoming, and very well-run. It's definitely a place where you feel cared for and comfortable. Highly recommend!
