I was a little reluctant to go into your facility. Long ago I think I went in a couple of times.
This time it was earwax irrigation. With my narrow canals I was sure it would hurt or the medical person would just jam the wax more deeply. Was I ever wrong.
That was the best earwax irrigation I have ever had.
Remembering names is a lost art for me these days, but I was in there late afternoon on Thursday, December 28th.
Dr Gerson , give this man a raise or paid vacation soon. I appreciate having this gentleman do the painless procedure.

Easy to make appointment online, once arrived I was seen quickly by the doctor. I got an x-ray of my ankle which I had sprained and guidance within half an hour of arriving. Easy to park.
Very competent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The doctor was also very friendly and explained everything that was necessary for me to know. The facility is very clean and modern. I was a walk-in and still did not wait very long for attention. Thanks very much. Kudos to all.
