Bootcamp is an amazing time! It’s designed to meet the needs of anyone at any level of their fitness journey. Ed is an amazing instructor and he really cares about each client, tailoring workouts to fit their needs, while also pushing you to be better. If you’re thinking about joining, DO IT! There’s no better time than now! Plus, you get to meet a bunch of really cool people, which was important to me as I moved to San Diego recently.
A little over a year ago, my sister found Ed's bootcamp on the internet and she encouraged me to try it for myself. At the time, I had recently graduated college and was struggling with the adjustment of no longer having my exercise routine built in to my life. I went to the early morning class/session. I was quiet, but enjoyed the banter throughout the workout between the regulars, and felt good about the whole thing. Just a solid group of people with a welcoming atmosphere -- not to mention the workout! I've been going to this Bootcamp for a little over a year and been having a blast. The instructor and other members are fun to workout with and the workout seems to fly by. In the year I've been going I've lost about 25 lbs and seen a major change in my physical appearance. If you are worried about working out with an injury, Ed will help modify the workout to accommodate. He's also recommended stretches and physical activity to help with the injury at home. I highly recommend this workout program!
