I’ve been going to the color bar for 6 years (since COVID) every 2 weeks and I have been the most loyal customer, recommending them to everyone I know.
Last time I went I left with some scalp itching. I reached out to ask if some ingredients or chemicals had changed, and they immediately cancelled my membership and banned me from their salons for life! This is the way to treat a 6 year customer??? So am I punished for asking a question!?? They are just covering their behinds because I mentioned the word “allergy”!! This is not the way to treat your most loyal customers! They should have consulted me and would have been my decision to leave or not, not to push me out and ban me as if I had done something wrong!!!

Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! It’s taken a few visits to get the color just right, but they Welcomed my input and perseveredpersevered and it’s perfect now.

Miranda, my colorist at Del Mar store, and i quickly connected & related! This is a good start. Overall, it was a welcoming, warm, personable experience; still professional, clean, well paced. It felt luxurious! As it should be, for the high cost. I would like my shampoo to be stronger & ending w a slow scalp massage. Thank you!

Opened both boxes of Root Perfection Hair Color Cream and they are different colors inside, but both labeled 5N. There is something definitely wrong, as I always use both at the same time (I have a lot of hair) and they have always been the same color. Had to throw them out. QC has gone downhill.

I am very pleased with the color correction that Angel, the manager of the Del Mar location of Madison Reed, as well as the customer care and thought that was an integral part of the service. I will be a regular.
This review should carry significant weight because I went through approximately two years of efforts at other salons to achieve this salt & pepper color result without success.
