I just started with MadHat SEO so am not speaking to the results but the owner's customer service and customer care is the WHY and HOW of all businesses. Mr Chris has explained everything in the greatest detail and is very prompt and on time. I wanted to go a different route and he basically told me that wouldn't be the best use of my budget. Versus whenn I chatted with his competitors they were all for signing me up to take my money! It's so rare to find a business like MadHat SEO that's focuses on results and client satisfaction versus their dollar amount.
