Had a great experience with Lumina Builders, start to finish my project was done in less than 3 weeks. Amit Hefer as the PM was attentive and provided all the necessary support required to get the job done. The forman was also extermely professional and helped answer any questions I had. Would definetly recommend and would use again for any home projects.
Renovations are never easy. Living in the home while work is being done is a nightmare. Something always goes wrong, deadlines are missed, workers don’t show up, budgets are blown. The one thing I didn’t have to worry about was my project manager Tal Borin. He is a fixer. He is a consummate professional. He is an excellent communicator. Most importantly, he keeps his promises and is extremely fair. He does this all with a smile (no problem is too big for him), what a great guy! Tal built a JADU for us and framed and built a bathroom/lounge addition. He kept the project moving, on schedule and fixed issues as they arose with ease. Ben and his team did an incredible job remodeling an outdated 1960s home into a clean mid-century modern space.
The transformation was amazing, with updated finishings, appliance infrastructure, new flooring and lighting throughout, along with other design improvements to open up the space.
Beyond the finished product, Ben made the whole process easy. He was consistently responsive whenever we had questions (and we had a lot), and he was very flexible with our last-minute requests and minor changes as they came up.
