I Can't say enough about Lumina Builders and the owner David and his project managers and the whole team. They came in and made the 60s kitchen I'm living in that was once my grandparents into the most beautiful open kitchen!! They took down a wall, and completely gutted the whole thing and now it's modern, big and open! They're design team was awesome too!! He quoted me about 60 days to do the work and only because it was the holidays so there was down time, it was just a few days more!! They were polite, neat and cleaned up every day before they left! There's nothing in there that I would change!! I've called a few times since to ask questions about things and a few minor adjustments needed to be made and someone came out right away and fixed it, no questions asked! In the beginning I told him my budget and the whole job even came in a little bit under! I highly recommend this company to do whatever remodeling you need!!
We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Lumina Builders. Although this was far from the largest project Lumina normally takes on, we were treated as though it was. From David and Osman, our satisfaction was the primary concern. When the job was completed, and the final check was written, David’s last statements to us were: “If you have any questions or there are any problems, you let me know and we will make it right.” You can ask for nothing more from a contractor. We would definitely use Lumina Builders again, and would recommend them to any of our friends. Thanks guys, for the great job!!!
