It's been about a year since we passed our final inspection for the Granny Flat that CalHomeCo built for us so I thought it was a good time to give this review.TL;DR: CalHome is an excellent company with very competent and professional people and offers great value for the money. I recommend them for a granny flat/ADU project without reservation.We had our own architect and were close to getting our permit when we started looking around for contractors. I work with Henish and Blake on home remodels. They are very professional and punctual. They are extremely responsive and the build a really nice quality project. Blake is like a swiss watch and has a good eye for design. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home, ADU or home remodel.Service: Remodeling

I worked with CalHomeCo as a real estate broker. They purchased an off-market property with me and then completed a full remodel. We then closed after the work was done several months later. They proved themselves to be trustworthy throughout the process. The work the did on the home was fantastic as well.Service: Remodeling
