He referred me to Rachel for Colon Cleansing, I’ve seen her 4 times now, it’s super cool despite what you think! I have also bought a package to use the infrared sauna. I LOVE this place! It’s clean, has an awesome vibe and everyone is really kind. Highly recommend coming here for your wellness. 💛

There are so many health spas in San Diego, but from the moment you walk through the doors of Longevity Lounge, you know you are somewhere really special. The music, the decor, the staff, just the overall feeling of the place - I never want to leave after I get there! I have had colonics by 3 girls at Longevity Lounge, and they were each equally supportive and gentle for a procedure that can be uncomfortable. I've also had IV therapy and gotten peptides. I literally drive from over 2 hours away just to go here - I would go more often if I lived clo!
