Anna, who scheduled my appt. was great. She tried to get me in, same day and promised to call me back. I was pleased she followed up and she got me in the next morning, which was great!
Edward came out, and was extremely thorough and cared about solving the issue. I continue to be very pleased with Lloyd's entire value chain, regardless of who I'm dealing with. All the folks have been A+. Kudos, Lloyd's!
