Since my husband and I recently moved to San Diego, I've been on the hunt for local beauty spots to call my own. I stumbled upon Leo by Liv3 in the North Park neighborhood and thought I'd give it a whirl. The ambiance of the salon immediately caught my attention--spacious, bathed in natural light, and oh-so-chic. A refreshing contrast to the bustling University main street outside. I have been getting my nails done by Victoria Valenzuela for over six months now and I cannot say enough great things about her! Victoria's passion, knowledge, and talent for her craft leave me feeling confident with beautiful nails. She is extremely meticulous and my manicure always stays intact. Had a so-so experience. I just moved to San Diego and this was my first time getting a mani in the city. I went with Leo after stumbling upon it in North Park and felt like their online booking was convenient and pricing comparable to other places I saw.I just got a basic gel mani, and was really unimpressed by the polish options. Wanted a pale pink and there was barely anything in the color family, so I went with black. The interior gives off a fake aesthetic.... it is nice, but if you look closely things look cheap: the tables, chairs, carts. My nail tech sighed and had to rearrange herself in her seat multiple times and it made me think it must be so uncomfortable...read full review
