This place is consistently excellent - something that is not easy to find! Sunita is always there and is fabulous - never had a single issue with a single item of clothing. Worth driving to for sure.
I am changing my review and give Jay the owner 4 stars for remediating the situation where I had lost 2 brand new shirts. He was very diligent in responding to my yelp review and making the effort to find my items. Thank you. For the lady that works there I would request she get some customer service training and care more about issues that customers have so that the owner doesn't have to get involved. I am so pleased with the Rancho Bernardo Legacy Dry Cleaners. I picked up a silk dress I left on Wednesday. I was told it would be ready Monday. Wow! It was ready for pick-up Friday and what a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the quality of service!
