Scheduling with this place is a nightmare. I called, left a voicemail, and never heard back. After calling multiple times I finally spoke with an answering service in Pennsylvania who was not very friendly. He booked my appointment but said it would not be confirmed until I text another phone number with my appointment date and time. Why should I have to jump through hoops to book this? Why can’t THEY text ME to confirm, or better yet, confirm it while I’m on the phone making the appt? It felt cumbersome and shady.

I purchased a 3 pack of 30-60 min lymphatic massages for postop. I was paired with Chris, who was extremely nice and seemed knowledgeable about the lymphatic system. However, one first appointment, when I arrived at 360 Chris was not there and I had to call around to find out that he had a tire blowout and would be able 45 mins late to my appointment, without notification to me. As stated earlier, Chris is very sociable and during my second massage I felt that he was chatting so much and did not massage at the same time which only left me with about 15-20 minutes of massage. For my third appointment, it was cancelled right before the scheduled time due to Chris being stuck in traffic. For the reschedule, I drove 30 mins to 360 just to not find Chris there again, and after texting him found out he had another tire blowout < 2 weeks after the first and would not be able to make my appointment, with no notification to me. He did offer 2 free sessions and a $50 gift card, but at this time I felt as though it was not worth my time when 3/4 of my appointments had been cancelled or he had been late to.

I've now had 4 lymphatic Massages with Chris - no post op or nothing, I just like to get my lymphs addressed! I typically prefer receiving massages from a female masseuse, but Chris just had too many good reviews written about him so I had to try out his expertise. Chris confirmed with me before we started that I was okay with a male masseuse and he described what lymphatic massages really are, and what parts of the body get focused on. As we started the session, he checked in frequently to see how my comfort was, which I really appreciated. He has been nothing short of amazing in every season we've had. He’s very caring, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend his services.

Chris, the owner, is extremely personable and it is evident he is very passionate about what he does! He truly cares about you, is super motivating/uplifting and pushes you to your full potential during his training sessions and exercises. The InBody system is great -- it allows him to fully see what's needed and gives a great breakdown on which parts of the body need work, your muscle mass, how much fat, and more. I have had wonderful sessions and would recommend to anyone!

I went to this studio for two post op lymphatic Massages after 360 liposuction and BBL. I am not from the area or else I would have had all my treatments here. Chris has been nothing short of amazing. He’s very caring, knowledgeable and professional. One thing I appreciated is that he texted me to see how my surgery went and how I was feeling prior to my first appointment. Sometimes, it’s the little things that help build rapport with clients and that is very important. I would definitely recommend his services.

I have been working with Chris for post op lymphatic drainage massages. He has completely exceeded my expectations! I worked with a few masseuses in Miami where I got my surgery done & I was never informed of the liquid needing to be drained in my legs. If it wasn't for Chris I would still be swollen in my legs & my butt and thigh would have little separation. I was debating on lipo on my arms so Chris did a full body fat assessment & discovered I only have 2lbs of fat on my arms. He does cryo therapy to remove fat & tighten your skin. I only need for sessions and I save thousands. He's super knowledgeable & goes above and beyond. Thank you Chris for everything!!
