Lauren is a blessing. She has great knowledge and is your all in one stop. I got just as much in the mental then I did in the physical aspect of my 10 therapy sessions. I can’t wait to visit San Diego and get some work done.

Lauren is a gem of a person and professional! I've had a decade of chronic pain, and someone told me to look into structural integration. I'm so glad I did, because finding Lauren really changed my life. Structural Integration (SI) is a process-based approach to systematically re-align the internal structures within the body by working on fascia or connective tissue. This work involves hands on manual therapy coupled with conscious dialoguing that explores the possibility of change in how you use and experience your body. Through education, awareness, and therapeutic touch, you can release painful, stressful patterns of tension. Compensatory habits are replaced with feelings of comfort, ease of movement and realigned posture leaving you with a sense of whole-body integration. Each session you walk out feeling new, re-integrated and equipped with tools to maintain the changes achieved on the table.
