When we ran into a small membership glitch, Kennedy stepped in right away — super helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the process.
A big thank you to the whole team for their excellent customer service and warm, welcoming vibe. And a special shout-out to Brandon for his guidance and support! This location consistently goes above and beyond to make members feel valued and cared for.

Popular, spacious gym in 4S Ranch with perhaps 40% of its clientele being high schoolers and younger. Recommend avoiding peak times such as right after school ends.
The gym offers a wide variety of weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, various classes, a fair sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.
Front desk is normally staffed with friendly folks, although there is the occasional aloof representative.
The men’s locker room is spacious with three main changing areas and several sinks. From an odor perspective, the toilet areas can be a bit rough, so normally an area to avoid.
It'd be a great gym if not for the excessive number of high school kids running amok unsupervised, taking selfies while tying up gym equipment. The 4S Ranch after-school Boys and Girls club.
