Sent to us by Home Warranty America for a broken dishwasher. The tech showed up the first time fine and said he will order the part we need. Afterwards he said only half the part was received and still waiting on the second part. Since then there has been no response, don't answer calls or voicemails or text messages anymore. Called the warranty company up and they requested several days for them to get in touch on their end. No response to them either! Literally just ghosted us and now I'm 2 weeks into not having a working dishwasher and now we have to start the process over by hiring a new contractor. Avoid

Terrible!!! Charged in advance for dishwasher repair and when the problem was misdiagnosed they were a no-show at the follow up appointment and haven't returned my calls/texts. Have not responded to my complaint letter requesting refund.

This company is a scam. They said that they would fix our dishwasher, we paid a deposit for the part via check, and haven't heard from them since they offered to refund the deposit . That was over a month ago. All phone calls and emails have been ignored. It was only $130, but this appears to be their business model. Don't use this company.
