The restaurant group I work with has been using KM for a few years, we recently renewed services with Konica Minolta, with the renewal a few of our sites had the printers changed, and the update was rather smooth. The hiccup that happened after we changed two of our printers was how we ended up running out of toner without having planned for ordering the new toner (oversight on our part). Well something that was a big issue for us was resolved with the assistance of the wonderful crew over at KM who helped up out greatly to resolve the issue.
