They take the time to explain options and provide recommendations, mostly from a holistic perspective, and are praised for not overselling or overprescribing treatments. They were very supportive when a dog was diagnosed with skin cancer, by our side every step of the way with guidance and support. When a new kitten developed a deadly disease they guided us to providers who diagnosed and they cheered us on as we undertook a lengthy treatment plan. Now an older cat has developed diabetes, the help and support as we manage has been amazing. After hour calls to update us and reassure us, the kindness of the staff and doctors is amazing. Our family cats have been patients at Ken Vet for decades. They have always received the best and gentlest care, with referrals to excellent specialists whenever needed. All the vets and staff are kind, conscientious, and professional. They are lucky to have them in our community. This is a great place to bring your pets. The doctor is great and staff is amazing.
