Bill is the owner and takes personal care to stand by the work of his team. I had a large patio roof hot mopped and the team did a great job and cleaned up each day when they were done. I had a minor issue afterwards that Bill came back and repaired at no cost. He is a person of his word and cares about his clients. Over the years, I have had many roof installations done on numerous properties,with some good and some not so good experiences... But I have never had such a positive experience as I had with Kennedy Roofing on my flat roof mid-century modern home in La Mesa. Bill Kennedy came in with a very very competitive bid on the job and he came out several times to review exactly what needed to be done. The challenges included multiple levels of roofline, removing metal cladding on the trim done in previous roof install, and after waiting for weeks for the rains to stop, and then having to deal with several evenings of unexpected, heavy mist.
