This staffing agency is a complete joke! Don't waste your time. They start looking for candidates just to make a profile of you in their system without even having a solid confirmation that the employer is hiring for the role they reach out to you about. I almost feel like they are scam. They also have incompetent recruiters who barely speak English and can't comprehend anything you communicate to them.

We used them for a year and had nothing but problems. Their employees were not capable of doing the job. So we started finding our own people to hire through them. All Kelly Services had to do was perform a drug test and background check. But they were unable to do that reliably either. We ended up hiring a drug addict that took money from a bunch of employees. Kelly offered no apology or accountability for their failures. I would not recommend using this company.

Not a good experience with this agency at all! Stephanie made me feel like I wasn't worth the time and effort for her to put me on an assignment! An assignment that was supposed to go to me, but because my recruiter was on PTO , i had her to deal with. She lied to me and said she had called me multiple times and all these emails. WRONG! I had 1 missed call at 8am that i missed and that was it! She gave the assignment to her client. I already confirmed i would take the job, she had no reason to give it to someone else because I didn't answer at 8am! I need to work!
