We used them for a year and had nothing but problems. Their employees were not capable of doing the job. So we started finding our own people to hire through them. All Kelly Services had to do was perform a drug test and background check. But they were unable to do that reliably either. We ended up hiring a drug addict that took money from a bunch of employees. Kelly offered no apology or accountability for their failures. I would not recommend using this company.
Not a good experience with this agency at all! Stephanie made me feel like I wasn't worth the time and effort for her to put me on an assignment! An assignment that was supposed to go to me, but because my recruiter was on PTO , i had her to deal with. She lied to me and said she had called me multiple times and all these emails. WRONG! I had 1 missed call at 8am that i missed and that was it! She gave the assignment to her client. I already confirmed i would take the job, she had no reason to give it to someone else because I didn't answer at 8am! I need to work! I worked an assignment for Kelly Services that I really enjoyed during the week of 10/27/17 and still haven't been paid. Wendy called me on Thursday 11//2/17 and said that there had been an error on the part of her office in submitting my hours worked during the week of 10/27/17 and that I would definitely be paid on Monday 11/6/17. It's Monday and I still haven't been paid. I find this to be very annoying since I did my part in working well with the client. In addition, I was sent four different emails asking me to register four different times and to input all my work history, etc. each time. Even after registering four times I was told that I still couldn't enter my hours online because of an account I set up back in 2014. They didn't even offer to send me a gift card or something to make up for all the inconvenience.
