I had a problem with my car starting and drove in without an appointment. Everyone was kind and professional. I had to leave the care over night but got a call the next morrning and they had fixed the problem. Great service. Will continue to get all of my service at Kearny Mesa Subaru.

Got the call my new car was ready for pick up from the dealer. I was on my way to pick up and had a family emergency, my whole family had tested positive for Covid. I needed to test and wait to pick up my car. I called the sales consultant David Castro who told me not to worry and that they would hold my car for a few days.
I finally went to pick up my car and when I saw it just like the picture a 2023 Crosstrek. I was greeted by Diego Castro and was amazed by his customer service.
