Dr. Keane and her team were impeccable. Jesseca and Diana welcomed me in for my appointment with genuine glee and enthusiasm. They were super friendly and personable, and got me ready for my contact lens examination. Dr. Keane conducted my exam expertly and efficiently. As with all the staff, she was very cool to talk to as well on a personal level. I was probably in and out in about 20 minutes or so total. No waiting or undue delays. And it felt like a tight knit family environment. You just don't get this kind of customer service anymore, anywhere. Anyway, special thanks to Dr. Keane and her staff. I will see y'all again next year.
I really had a great experience with Dr. Keane. She saw my daughter and helped her get glasses and made me feel a lot better about her vision problems. Our whole family goes here now. I also use her as my optometrist.
