I would recommend Kanna Construction to anyone!!
Out of the 5 construction companies I interviewed to remove a 50-year old Rampart solid cement chimney, I chose Kanna Construction.
Sean knew exactly what he needed to do to remove the chimney and repair the roof and wall as if it was never there at a very reasonable price.
Sean is totally committed to customer satisfaction.
His crew showed up on time, did quality work, and cleaned up every single day when they're finished.

I was highly impressed with Kanna Construction and their expertise in building Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). From start to finish, their team was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire ADU construction process, including permits, budgeting, and timelines. They delivered exactly what they promised—on schedule and within budget. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail truly stood out. I wish we found Kanna Construction a year sooner! After using a different contractor for our primary bathroom last year and having lots of issues, we wanted someone else for our kids' bathroom remodel this year. Sean and his team were FANTASTIC! They are hard workers who work to a very high standard of customer satisfaction and quality. They finished the project right on time. If we had any questions or needed adjustments along the way, Sean and his team were always happy to accommodate and were never bothered by our requests.
