So, the women here were nice giving me compliments and I appreciated they tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I wasn’t feeling too good, tbh, as I’ve been going through some hard times…. The stylist who worked on me has skills and she did a great job for the look and cut she was doing. . . It’s just that I wanted my haircut shorter and that I felt I couldn’t tell her because when I asked for it, as she was done cutting, she sighed. I can understand & remember how tiring it could be when someone asks for shorter. But, it made me feel like I couldn’t ask.. The Korean culture is a Beautiful culture. I, of course, didn’t understand their language as they spoke amongst, one another. But, I did hear the stylist who worked on me say the word ‘ugly’ & thinking about it now…. that’s not ok. . .
I think she was figuring out how to cut my hair but that word shouldn’t be used, at all in front of a client, she’s working on, as I, also, wasn’t feeling good. Thank you for the experience, the Korean culture is so Cool. I said I would be back but I’m sorry, I decided I need a stylist that can give me a cut that I’m looking for, instead of accepting a look- they can give me. It was a cute cut. And, she did a good job. But, it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. Regardless, God bless you. And, Thank you. I know this is awkward. But, I wanted to be honest. I have been coming with Lucky to do my hair for about 5 years. She is truly amazing! She always leaves my hair looking great. It’s nice to come and have her cut my hair without having to explain myself. I can always count on compliments after leaving her salon. I can not speak highly enough about the quality of her work and how much O enjoy coming with her!!

I got a haircut and a down perm today. The service was almost the same as what I used to get in Korea, and I’m very satisfied with the result. The designer is very skilled. I’m really happy that I finally found a salon I can settle into after 7 months in San Diego.

She is an exceptionally skilled and professional stylist. I’ve been getting my hair cut by her for seven years, and she has never disappointed me once. Her attention to detail, sense of style, and consistency are outstanding. It’s rare to find someone who maintains such a high standard over so many years. You can absolutely trust her with your hair.

I was recommended Lucky by my friends and she was amazing. When you first walk in, you can feel her excitement. She was joyful and fun to talk to. I have been to salons before that didn’t even greet me. I had a lot of hair and she was able to wash, cut, and style my hair in an hour. She keeps you updated every step of the way from checking on the length and making sure it’s what you want. She does many things like haircuts, color, perms, etc for men’s and women’s. I will be going to her the next time I have an hair needs.

Great hair salon! They treat you well and wash your hair very thoroughly. Ask for Lucky! She always explains why she cuts the way she does and helps with styling advice! I do all my haircuts with her and recommend her to all my friends.

I got possibly the worst haircut ever. It looks nothing like the photo I showed, and my hair is ruined.

Update: a week later, looking at my hair feels disgusting. The haircut was so bad that I can’t even fix it somewhere else. ALERT!!!! They won’t follow the photo you showed and would just mess up your hair however they like. PLEASE AVOID

I definitely recommend Lucky to have a hair cut, she is the best and nicest hair dresser I met in the U.S.
