I want to start off to say Matt is wonderful and such a job to work with! When we decided to go with Matt and his team, we had no idea of the amount of genuine care they would give us. The attention to detail and leadership was absolutely amazing! We were just window shopping on a Saturday and found the perfect house to make an offer on. Matt had us pre approved, and an offer was put together that day and sent out! Matt worked around the clock to make sure this happened. Matthew Leimbach was knowledgeable and trustworthy to guide us throughout the whole process. He gave us excellent advice to do a cash-out refinance and worked very hard to get us a good rate. He was very patient and responsive to answer all our questions and address our concerns. We received our funds earlier than expected. We would definitely recommend Matt to our families and friends.
