My name is NiCole and I am the original owner and founder of Jezebelle Skin Solutions. For 14 years of hard work and dedication to my craft, building a business and an incredible clientele, I sold Jezebelle’s to Hannah in 2019. She signed a contract for the sale of the business and as of 7 + months ago has completely stopped communications and payments to me. She has profited off a company for 4 years now and has only paid 14% of what she's owes on the sale. It has sadden me that this is what this has come to. However this is Hannah's own integrity and karma she will have to deal with.
Only a 1 star review as I wonder if Jezebel Skin is no longer in business? I was a regular client of Jezebel Skin prior to COVID. Hannah was AMAZING and really helped my skin. I was excited to return to her services and booked an appointment for early Feb 2023, got an confirmation email and reminder. When I showed up, no one ever came to greet me in the lobby (I waited for over 30 minutes). I walked around the salon space, called, texted, and sent a follow-up email and never received a response. Since then I've noticed that many of the links on the website are broken. This was the complete opposite of my multiple experiences with Jezebel prior to COVID, so I wonder if Jezebel Skin is no longer in business. Sharing this review only as an FYI for anyone looking to book. (Note, the credit card I entered to book the appointment was never charged. Hannah, if you are out there, still in business, and somehow there was a technical glitch in my appointment, please let me know!).
10 stars if I could. Hannah is such a fun person to get a facial from. The whole experience is chill, from the easy af parking to her greeting you and taking you to a nice quiet room. Truly the most down to earth and relatable esthetician I've ever met. She has great product recommendations and is super well versed in mens skin. My boyfriend has been seeing her for years, and I love that she explained and set him up with a whole skincare routine. I have shopped around so much with finding the right esti, and Hannah is great each time.
