Tim did a great job of cleaning and sealing living room, dining room, den and hallway floors. Prior to getting started, he and his assistants moved all my furniture to my garage and then back to the house when they were finished. Not only was I pleased with the end result, but he was on time, worked straight through til the job was done, and was very pleasant to work with. Thank you, Tim!

Excellent work, always on time, great price. We are luckily to have found Jeff/Tim Ward Hardwood . After talking with several contractors and being told that we would be charged the minimum square foot cost, Jim quoted a fair price, several hundred dollars less. Jeff and Tim refinished our hardwood flooring to look better than the original finish; these guys are really the best!

My 2nd review for Jeff, 7 years apart! This time last year (july 2020) I decided to unearth all the hardwood floors from beneath the carpeting. As expected, there were some rotten spots. Jeff was very specific about which boards needed to be replaced and gave me a great quote. I trusted him based on my previous experience with his refinish repair job, so we scheduled. During the process he told me how to brighten up the living room floors which he had refinished/repaired 7 years ago. The effort was more than I had time for so I suggested he quote me.
