This rating is for Heather Baker who is the best colorist, hair stylist, hair dresser- hands down- that I have ever been to. Let me be clear: my hair is thick, coarse, wire-y and hard to manage. But I love highlights- which is hard on my hair. Heather has been able to bring it to the color that I love and always provides beautiful cuts. She is awesome, detailed, caring and the entire experience is top notch. I feel like I'm getting away with something. I've been to way more expensive salons and hairdressers- and Heather blows them out the water. I promise you won't regret seeing her. I can not say enough wonderful things about her and I will never go to anyone else. Ps: i just read some Negative review over a schedule situation. sorry but that negative reviewer appears to be a hot mess. Can't even spell correctly. Some people are just haters and mad at the world. The proof is in the pudding and Look at my beautiful hair! Best hair stylist ever! Love love!

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ABOUT HEATHER BAKER UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAR!!! You have been warned do not go to her. Went to Heather a little over a month ago and went great, really loved her, I even referred my best friend to her, Who she canceled on at the last minute. She mentioned she had bad reviews due to covid but I'm here to tell you IT'S NOT COVID. This chick is a HOTMESS, DUMPSTER FIRE, SHITSHOW and not only needs deep therapy but medication as she is a disaster. I made a 2nd appointment and guess what, she canceled last f-ing minute #1) Saying she had her period, Heather don't ever use the period excuse to another woman as we all have periods. It's not the 1900's we have modern medicine and I used to have bad periods myself. It's treatable. Reschedule anyway thinking its a one time thing. GUESS WHAT IT WASN'T #2) Canceled again last minute said my hair color didn't come in, UM duh there is a beauty supply on every corner. So then I wondered how would you of done my hair on the first appt if you didn't have the color. So which is it Heather period or no color. But I'm an idiot and rescheduled again as I had a big Memorial Weekend coming up and really needed my hair done. GUESS WHAT SHE CANCELS AGAIN FOR A THIRD TIME #3) Cancels again last minute saying she forgot her friend died. WTF who forgets their friend died. Then she sends me the Instagram post of her friend and in fact died May 9th, it's the 25th girl get your stories straight as you are not even a good liar. #4) Like an idiot I reschedule for a 4th time, then she has the odacity to tell me I should wait until June as my hair isn't healthy enough to do what I wanted. WTF your just telling me this now when I'm desperate to get my hair done and it's too late to find someone else?? Lets get real we all get excited to get our hair done just to get let down over and over by this hotness, disaster of a woman. REMEMBER WHEN THIS HAPPENS TO YOU THAT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED THE REVIEWS ABOUT HEATHER BAKER ARE 100% REAL!!! BASICALLY THIS WOMAN DOESN'T WANT TO WORK AND MAKES UP EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK NOT TO WORK.

Booked an appointment with Heather Baker 2 weeks out. And then I read the reviews on how she cancels at the last minute, which she did . She texted me at 11:15 for my 12:30 appointment and said the salon was closed to fix a plumbing leak. She offered alternative times, but I said no, because I saw all the reviews of her cancelling. She said it was from Covid, but I saw reviews long prior to Covid, that she is unreliable.

This review is about Heather Baker. On one occasion she never showed up and told me she accidentally texted the wrong person that she wouldn't be able to make it. She rescheduled me for the following day and then said she wouldn't be able to make that appointment. On another occasion she cancelled on me same day when I had an event the next day. Do not recommend making appointments with her.

Most unreliable service I have ever received from a hair salon. If I could put "0" stars that would even be too many for the pure insult of how little my time and business is valued. I have never experienced a stylist cancel my appointment as many times as I have at this salon, and then to be rescheduled and later canceled again so they could accommodate someone else who canceled their earlier appointment. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. If you choose to try this salon you better be ready to be canceled on last minute with no remorse.
