This place could use a face lift, but that's the point. You're not paying for ambiance. No frills and a la carte prices, Jax Cuts is for someone who just wants a haircut. Melissa gave me a trim and long layers for $27 and I was in and out in 25 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back!Service: Haircut
