About Japan Karate - San Diego Dojo

Traditional Japanese Karate. Friendly environment, but at the same time serious about training hard and improving. Real Budo. I felt like part of the class from day one.
Having trained at Japan Karate San Diego Dojo in my 20's and 30's I have now returned to this dojo in my 60's. Karate has helped center me and balance out my life. Physically my stamina has improved and I feel more confident. To me this is a spiritual experience and I love the tradition of Karate.
