I keep trying to give this location a chance because it’s convenient, but every time I come to this one I have a disappointing experience.
I’d recommend going to a different iTan location with better customer service.

The team is always incredibly friendly even when they are super busy. Location is clean. I do hope they find a red light bed replacement for the LightStim.

I have been to several Tan locations and this one is my favorite. Eliyah was very nice and helpful telling me about products for spray tan that I never even knew existed. Definitely will be back!

I've gone for a few tans, but the dark color doesn't seem to look as dark as I hoped, and in addition I had to return several times to get a new spray tan. The cashier told me wow you've been here enough to have a monthly membership but I refused. The tans came off easily and didn't last like the old golden days when ITAN first opened. I don't know if they changed their spray tans. My skin is very light and I like color. Will I return of course because I've been loyal to Iran since they opened. I've been to many of their locations. I'm just not happy with the last two results. I do exfoliate my body, like I exfoliate my face. So I don't have a problem understanding a spray tan.

New to tanning, and everyone here at itan made me feel at ease with their knowledge and great attitudes. I always felt like my questions got well informed answers and never left me feeling any doubt about my tanning journey. Any iTan location is horrible for spray tans! I paid $100 per month for nothing they always add on extra things that they say will make the solution dry faster or make it less orange and charge extra without telling me. It's such a scam how their business model is set up and the package deals are so dishonest. The spray tan always turns out low quality and I have really had enough of the broken machines, the locations not having the same equipment and red light photo facial or Beaty Angel machines are worthless. The locations have no fan or place to dry off. The regular solution takes 6 -8 hrs to develop! Don't waste your time and money here just buy your own spray tan equipment and solution and do it at home.

Aliah gave us wonderful service. I am white like a fish belly and am not toned so I tanned! Such a great way to feel a little more comfortable in a swimsuit or shorts or dress for the summer. Spa vibes for daaays and all the employees have been super sweet and helpful.

My second 5 star review for this place because I feel like there's not one negative thing about this place or the staff.... Even thou a feel betrayed Rob is leaving I know the others will take care of me and we will all be in good hands!!! Rob has taught me so much about the tanning world and now im kinda on board with level 4s over 5s thanks Rob!!! Check this place out you will not be disappointed!!!
