Sapphire was SO SWEET, so helpful, made my experience so smooth. She explained everything so well in detail, and helped me with specials I didn’t know I was able to use. I would 100 percent recommend coming to this location just for the customer service. I will be back!
This location is very clean and up to date compared to other San Diego locations! The girls are super sweet and work fast to make sure you’re in and out quickly.
I especially want to give my compliments to Sapphire — there was another customer here at the same time as me, an older lady, who was yelling at Sapphire from when I walked in the door until my spray tan was done. Her complaints were beyond Sapphire’s control and she was unnecessarily rude and belligerent. Sapphire had amazing composure and deescalation skills that most people wouldn’t have been able to maintain - you guys are lucky to have her!
The customer service is amazing here. They always have the state-of-the-art stuff and I always come out of their feeling great about myself! It's always clean, which is very important to me.
