I had a session with Yadira yesterday and I felt so much more relaxed. It was like a very casual friend date, but I happened to be getting a wax at the same time. She was very friendly and encouraging throughout the session communicating with me every step of the wax. I definitely would recommend her as a specialist at your next appointment.

I have had average waxing appointments at European Wax Center and a few time complaining about still some hair being left or not taken from the root. I was told to go back which is always an inconvenience and I barely ever did that. This time I explained the problem to Jesse who took the time to listen to me. She was able to meet my standards. I left there happy and I am still very happy with the result. I know she will be the only person I will see. I just called to share my experience of having Jesse with someone in management but there was no answer. Thank you.
