I totally understand the previous comment being myself in the same situation. Ingic is probably the worst company that I dealt with in my life. I had my contract with them in Dubai in September 2017 and the project was supposed to be delivered before Christmas 2017. It is June 2019 and no result! They even stop replying my emails. So for sure I do not recommend this company and surely will follow up the matter with higher authorities.

If I could put zero stars I would this is a joke I spent 600 for a platform of a website granted it did look good but they wanted me write all the content I asked to get a website designed when in fact I had to design it for 600 then they say for them to write and launch it'll cost me another 250 dollars.. so I said no they sent me the access to word press to do it myself I don't know how to do it so I just left that blank website lost in cyber space then went through PDM web solutions and had a real website created. I cant believe this I'm just going to write this money off on my taxes and call it a day!

Do not use, these will promise you many things, 15 months later after a 8 week deadline in 2018 website still wasn't completed, then told they couldn't do it but want the money, always giving excuses, never able to speak to anyone, emails ignored, also told website would be created from new, but copied our theme and messed all theme up when injecting code into the theme, which means unable to update or make it future proof, we have had to take the website from them and have another web designer to finish the job at more cost, the service is poor from these and only want your money, Indian based claiming to have offices all over but false information, avoid at all cost...read full review
