Icut has founded by a Vietnamese barber, and to me it has never been just another Asian barber shop around the Asian communities of Mira Mesa Neighborhood. Walked in to get a haircut. Staff seem friendly. The gentleman that cut my hair was very professional. He made sure, he cut my hair exactly how I instructed him. Paid $28 + tip since he did an awesome job. Definitely coming back. Thank you.
