Was suffering from pretty tight desk muscles as well as long term tightness/damage from an injury that I never fully recovered, so I looked into massage therapy and found honest bodywork.I've been working with Eric and after only 2 sessions things have felt consistently better in my day to day work as well as in my sports where I often felt my injury.Eric is super friendly and knowledgeable and goes beyond expectations by recommending exercises to compliment the massage work.Overall the place is kept clean, quiet, relaxing, and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend!

I found this place through a friend who is also very active and loved it. I work out a lot so get soreness and tightness in a lot of my muscles, especially my upper body.I booked a 60 minute session with Nick for Bodywork which is basically deep tissue massage which was incredible. Probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten. He got really into all of my knots and tight areas in my shoulders and chest and left me feeling really relaxed and strong.The office is located in an older office building with an atrium and is pretty bare bones, but you are here for bodywork not for a spa experience.I am going again for a 90 minute session tomorrow and am looking forward...read full review

Thavy was amazing. She really listened to my concerns and focused in on those areas using a combination of massage and cupping. She found the problem areas and worked to fix those spots vs giving me a generic all over body massage.
