We have been sharing with the office and management for almost a year now how cockroaches have been an issue in the mausoleum. We came in today (like we do every week) and once again saw multiple cockroaches. Last we spoke to the office they said “this is cockroach season”. Not sure about you but this must be the only place that has a season for cockroaches. The cleaning standards here are not what they should be. Either that or they have a much larger problem with the way they are handling the entombment.

I had a very wierd personal request that required extra effort on their part. They accomodated me and I will be forever grateful because it will do something nice for someone I care about.

Thank you for the helpful staff who helped me to find where my grandfather is buried. Even with the paper map, it was tricky to find it, but worth the walk to the back. The grounds are clean and well kept, and there are spaces to bring family and visit your deceased loved ones. Very beautiful cemetery grounds, a well as plenty of free street parking.

This has the worst hours, by the time I get off work they're already closed, I always have Sundays free and they're closed on Sundays, of all days! And they close at 1:00 on Saturdays. How can people visit their loved ones?

Holy Cross Cemetery & Mausoleum has a very difficult mission. Having a blessed restful place for the departed and comforting those who remain in faith. It is not possible to express the thanks I feel for Carlos, Will and the Holy Cross Cemetery for sensitive, reverent manner in which they assisted me through a difficult process. I am so thankful.

I visited this place to get an estimate on cremation burial and I was expecting to speak to someone who was empathetic and helpful but I got Gaby Riesgo (Arrangement Counselor). I thought that I was having a difficult time understanding the prices when she was going over them, but then I realized it was she who was confusing me. Her presentation in explaining the prizes was horrible. So horrible that she was scribbling the prizes on the pamphlet to help guide me. It was obvious that she was going trough the motions and I perceive that she was not sincere and empathetic considering my grieving state. She was so bad that she did not even return my phone call after I left her a message because I had another question. To contrast this experience with the one I had with a Greenwood representative, the Greenwood representative's presentation and explanation in the breakdown of prizes was excellent. I understood everything that was explained to me and the lady was very empathetic. Gaby was very unprofessional and in my opinion does not represent Holy Cross Cemetery in a positive way. If you do not want a bad experience like I had, do not talk to Gaby.

Around the back of the mausoleum at night, you may sense a strange presence of late. A shadow sits on this place, at night you can see for yourself. The voices here are restless, and the place is falling into disrepair. Note the flocks of crows at dusk aroubd the chapel. Unatural.
