Kelly is extremely gifted. This form of massage is something I'd heard about but had never tried before. Due to some TMJ jaw pain and neck pain, I decided to try it. Not only has she addressed and resolved the TMJ and jaw pain, she has also released my neck, all areas of my back and hips and has in 3 sessions nearly cured chronic back and hip pain I have had for years. This form of massage is deep slow movements that are not painful and yet it releases the deepest layers of facia. It must also get the endorphins going, because you get into this relaxed Zen-like state during the treatment and are completely relaxed. You wear shorts and a shirt for the treatment and her table is very comfortable. Has been an amazing reduction in the chronic pain and tightness I have had all over and had been dealing with for years. Sleeping a lot better now. I intend to keep going for a few more sessions to get final issues addressed and then switch to monthly maintenance. I didn't expect this experience to be so powerful, it has been an amazing gift. (I had almost given up and thought I was just going to have to deal with some chronic pain for the rest of my life and thought this was part of getting older. ) This modality has been more effective for me in resolving long-term back, neck, jaw and hip issues than all the chiropractors and other bodywork practitioners I have seen.
