Super pleased! Dr. Phan was friendly and put up with all my talking. He was very thorough in assessing my vision and also reviewing my medical history. Receptionists were friendly too and gave me advice on how to minimize my out of pocket costs. Will definitely continue to follow here for my vision needs!
First time visit and new patient for my annual eye exam here today. The office was very clean and spacious. Dr. Phan was super nice, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Sometimes, when meeting new doctors, I feel rushed during my visit. I feel as though the doctors just want you in and out so they could move onto their next patient. I did not feel rushed here whatsoever. Dr. Phan thoroughly answered my questions and even shared some knowledge I never knew about those with nearsighted vision. I have found my new optometrist. Highly recommend.
Kristen is the best! Exceptional customer service! Parking lot is often about full its by Papa John's pizza and Golden Spoon yogurt in a mini shopping plaza. Kristen was so friendly, efficient, and clearly explained everything to me plus she brought me about 20 pairs to try on just to make sure I was happy and cleaned each pair after. I bought the first pair she showed me. Good selection of frames. I got mine in about a week faster than the two week expectation. My friend said I got a good value not sure if that is all because of my insurance. I have not had glasses for 25 years but Kristen explained to me progressives are popular. They sometimes close for lunch.
